Amongst our new Autumn planting we have the wonderful silver ghost like cushion bushes Leucophya brownii ‘Silver Sand’ or Calocephalus brownii. This stunning plant, originating from the sand dunes and cliffs in southern Australia, is a perennial that survives all year in our planters and adds contrasts to the dark 'plum pudding' and acid green evergreen Heucheras, the still flowering red and white roses - Hot Chocolate and Champagne Moments, the laden red fruited crab apple trees the John Downie's and goes really well the other silver leaved Cineraria - Senecio Cineraria and sedums.
Blue and violet winter pansies are still to come.
