Who owns it why doesn't it get used as a pop up shop at least it would be open or a community drop in cafe run by volunteers for the community

I would absolutely love to do pop up Mexican food here! It's very sad that such a beautiful building is standing empty, if you own or lease this place please get in touch if pop up is a possibility 🌵❤️

I agree a pop up shop would be fantastic. Here's an idea. Turn it into a Art pop up shop for either one or two artists at a time to pay so much for wall space to promote their art. The money from it could keep the upkeep of the building. There is such a shortage of affordable wall space for artists to put their work. And there's a lot of artists desperately need something like it just for art. Because there is already the chameleon for everyday stuff. Encourage local artists. And artists into art painting/drawing etc really appreciate old buildings as do I. Because it's not just culture and historical. But old places are so much more interesting to draw or paint.

Why hasn't anyone thought of opening a wine bar?

I agree wholeheartedly get those people out and use it again. We need the building properly conserved.
