Spring has sprung. The first day I have really wanted to go in my yard/garden with rake and clippers! prised myself from ironing duty and was at the garden centre not long after it opened. I need wire or twine to train new shoots round my metal archway and extra earth to refresh tired looking pots and overcrowded banks. What a lovely feeling - being absorbed in a small space full of variety and exciting possibilities. Time flashed by. Finally I came in for a cup of tea. muddy shoes and ingrained fingernails. very prickly briar cuttings clinging to my sweater and exhausted but full of contentment.
Bravo Anne
