Supporting Biodiversity in Halesworth - Education and the joy of pond dipping in the Millennium Green!

Valuing wild life and plants starts with knowing them. Pond dipping started me on a career as a biology teacher and biological illustration.
Our wonderful Millennium Green is managed in such a way as to encourage and provide safe habitats for thousands of living things that need a wetland water meadow environment. The Trust who had the foresight and hard graft to buy and care for this area as well as sharing it with the whole community as well as visitors from all over the world travelling on Cycle Track 1 need our grateful thanks but also our active support.
